Brees, While I do not know for sure, I would suspect that with all of the accusations and innuendos that flew around he probably obtained his own counsel. My guess is that counsel advised him to not say anything to anyone until the SEC investigation concluded. Has it concluded with the 44 folks last week? Who knows. jmo, Binder
