Thanks Eric. Makes sense, and I think it is a very good thing that TT care about the share price. Think he will also care very much about being pink sheeted. If he has to file to sell, can he sell while on the pinks?

Those options have no value right now - they "are not currently exercisable, but vested" and they only become exercisable if TT still employed by GE on Nov 1, 1999.

It's also stated again in the filing that TT has no shares now, and that his only interest in GE is the options. Good move GE.
