I was trying to get at the value of the Ovonic assets only, which I estimate at between $220 and 400m.

I think--and who can really follow all of the intricacies of ECD accounting and deal making!--Unique Mobility got ECD shares, not Ovonic. I believe ECD shares outstanding are now about 14m.

Also from memory!
ECD exchanged shares with Lee Iacocca's Global EV. Iacocca is Unique Mobility's largest shareholder. He exchanged some of his UQM shares and Global EV shares for ECD shares. ECD now owns some Unique shares while Unique does not own any ECD shares. I think.
