CBOE equity put/call ratio is diverging from
the OEX index put/call ratio?

You're right Vitas, Equity calls are hot, but the big buying in OEX puts is very bullish.

This rally is being doubted and thats what's necessary for a bull market resumption, when we get back to 55/20 bulls/bears then we can go short again.

Panic buying of treasuries.
Panic selling of banks, brokerages, transports.
Five wave blow-off peak in VIX.
Failed H&S pattern on Dow with neckline @7500.
GZ went short recently -g-
Positive Breadth plurality even on down days for the Dow.
Crash of 99 cover
Market not reversing off an overbought spike in Oscillator - bull market initiation breadth thrust, not bear market peak.

All spells a significant bottom that will be in place for months.
