The G-7 news this week should be good for all
emerging markets. Maybe we have seen the end of the historic capital flight from emerging markets.
The RTS index is still down almost 90% from the top. IMHO, we could see more upward movement ahead and maybe rapid upward movement.

We'll see. So far the US Fed seems eager to bail out the wealthy, engineer a soft landing for the pricey stock market . There are 2 ways this
market (US) can go down, 1-it goes
down, 2-$ goes down. In the second
scenario Russia will rise. However,
there seems to be a lot of evidence
for the 1-st scenario (deflationary),
which will be bad for commodities and
Russia.
