Maybe not but according to Roy this is it.Ancor is now at a premium. We have about 35 million in market cap and 7 million to go in the reg D bringing us to 42 million in market cap . I guess time to close up shop.<g>

Maybe it was that Hub Killer comment that ticked Roy off.<ggg>

Is changing of the guard going smoothly over there at Brocade?

It seems those VC's get awfully antsy sometimes.

I'm sure it would be Roy Sardina's hope that Ancor got sold first to one of the networking companies. I think it would add immensely to the value of Brocade as the other independent switch company around. I would think that Ken H. hopes the opposite would be true and Brocade gets taken out first which IMHO would add great value to Ancor.
