Did you expect them to not have share dilution? A person would have to be a fool to have not expected more dilution.....Why else would they have not reported all these months.

On a good note: TT options are not transferable.....VERY GOOD !

The filing states that 10,000,000 shares represents 9 percent of the total and not 15,000,000. Therefore wouldn't the total shares equal approximately 111,000,000 (111,000,000 *.09 = 9,990,000)?

Still alot of shares, but not as bad as 160+ million..

Thanks John I missed that, but without looking back to check your post I think your math is wrong. Line 11 says 10 million, divided by .09 is 111,111,111.
