James, it depends if the last cut was to stay a imminent crisis. I think it was. AG only has so many arrows in his quiver .... he'd better not use them too quickly cause there's a slew of trouble out there ....

Should the stock market continue up by Nov. 17 I doubt seriously if we see another rate cut. After all the election will be over by then.
