My perception is that Gary is perfectly capable of speaking up for himself, though I wonder a little at his silence in the face of innuendos, implications, insinuations, etc. He used to speak out pretty frankly. Maybe he just tired of the whole thing and decided to let Binder handle his PR.

For myself, I'm extremely reluctant to allow anyone to speak for me. Most folks have similar philosophies. We all could use a little therapy after this fiasco.
