I told you, I am staying to the bitter end! I believe something hopefully significant will materialize. If it doesn't then this at least becomes a tax write-off and a chalk up to another Vancover speculation. Time will tell and either lead me to the rocks below...or that perverbial trip to Port-u-gal.
