Excuse me, sir, but I'm from Alabama, and I rather resent that characterization. Perhaps something less geographically specific would sound a bit kinder to my ears, and those of the Birmingham attorney who's been helping us and others from Alabama who were hurt by this scam. Our state, for all its faults, also has one of the most aggressive state securities organizations in the country, and they are working on this case, too. I assure you, though we have our good old boys, many of us are far removed from any such preconceived stereotypical notions. Any state in the union has a talent pool sufficient to the purpose you envision, not to mention the local one in Texas. I do share your wish that a less than pleasant experience be waiting the scum that did this wrong. ~Owl
