I understand your question. And perhaps I don't have a total understanding of the way it works. I use RealTickIII as my interface for PC Quote where I get my data.

My understanding is that it is a program that you can run during the market to find most actives, etc? Perhaps my understanding is not correct. In that case, I apologize.

I just do my trading elsewhere.
