Jens,

I would greatly appreciate your time if you can post this to SI on my behalf.
Thanks again for your continued generosity.

I recently read a message from Mr. Elliott Lanza...the alias *ROSARIO*. I have made it a common habit to skip over his posts since his induction to the thread many weeks ago. However, his reply to TsioKawe questioning the number of Flexwright shares ARET holds only strengthens our position as to how inept this individual is in conducting his due dillegence with this company. For new investors, here is a word of advice. Do not listen to this person and do not be persuaded by his messages. I am stating this based on the message he delivered to the SI thread this morning about the Flexwright condition. Mr. Lanza, if you know how to read, here is a piece of advice for you. You may want to refer to the 10Q which was filed back in August 1998 with the SEC. Despite this presentation of FACTS to the SEC only two months ago, Mr. Lanza continues to show his incredible lack of credibility to the ARET thread. I quote from the 10Q back in August:

"The Company entered into several Stock Exchange Agreements during the quarter in the hopes of improving its capital resources. On June 19, 1998, the Company exchanged 2,678,571 shares of it common stock for 1,500,000 shares of Kelly's Coffee Group, Inc.'s common stock. On June 19 ,1998, the Company exchanged 16,257,166 shares of its common stock for 113,800 shares of Flexweight Corporation's common stock. All shares issued were issued pursuant to section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933. The Company acquired these shares as an investment and is considering further business arrangements with these entities in the construction arena."

THESE ARE FACTS. YOU HAVE NO DEFENSE WITH YOUR REFERENCE TO TSIOKAWE'S MESSAGE. THIS ONLY REINFORCES EVERY PERSON'S OPINION OF YOU THAT YOU ARE A COMPLETE FARSE AND CANNOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I MANY VENTURE TO SAY THAT YOU LOOK LIKE A COMPLETE ASS IN POSTING THAT MESSAGE!

New readers of this thread, please ignore any revelations which spawn from this dispicable person. The facts are in the 10Q for all to read. I encourage ALL to read it.

Holding long with ARET...SSPARSONS

Let me add that in the 10Q a further exchange of shares with FXWA and Kelly's is mentioned to take place on Aug 7.
