< so that is just a guess by a few posters.>

Based on some mathematical calculations, I wonder if they calculate the same way in Bolivia.

You know Bolivian mathematical standards similar to their accounting standards.

Hey what about adding up grams of gold, can someone come across with the standard being used?

Good morning Colleen,
Ya gotta love lawyer lingo. Must have read the latest filing a hundred times already. If TT gets 10 mil for 9% of the total, 112 mil might be right. The extra 5 mil option would then give him about 13%. 160 mil only seems to work if the total of 10 + 5 if factored as 9%. But what the ---- do I know.

Any clarity on this statement? Are the pinks considered a quotation medium? Would TT get a dime while we're in pink purgatory?
The Option Price shall be paid in cash or by certified funds or by
surrender to the Corporation of shares of the Corporation's common stock which shares will be valued for the purposes hereof at the average price of such shares as quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board, Nasdaq, or some other independent quotation medium based on closing bid prices or, if available, closing sales prices during the seven days prior to the exercise of the Option.

TIA
