i see then janice you are in contact with alders and mann and can you confirm mann is in cancun for us please. also i tired about your game game with 4.48 million shares. again they must be returned. if jboxford want trial sure they can do this but stock must be returned and you will see that very soon. i think your lawyer friends at jboxford like you posting such thing also andy mann to but that is only my opinion. now georges other case go to jury you will see more with aznt case. spider

Well, something must be happening BGTIT has posted to the thread. Hi Janice glad to see you recoving from Icabodthrombitemeitis. It is a curible disease, just takes about as much time to go away as it does for the computer to figure it out. WellRich, that damned thing keeps coming up here, and as we have argued about from both sides, is there or was there, there wasn't and they lost. Well, WellRich as we all know isn't a brokerage firm, and has had its problem. And from my understanding, they are attempting every little dirty trick in the books to help Charlie, Rick, John, and Dempsey cover up on their admitted short position in AZNT. The individuals that bought their stock via WellRcih should file complaints to the S.E.C for fraud against WellRich. Bill Ulrich, ever heard of copywrite infringement, you'd better look it up and get a lawyer, that website, although funny, is a very serious problem for you. After talking to my attorneys about everything about AZNT, and that BOGUS court document posted earlier, well, I'll tell ya, some of you people need to be looked into 17B violations of your own. Since I am not the " PROMOTER " of the stock and do not work for AZNT I can come here and say that the 50% of the facts that are getting posted here are that, about HALF THE TRUTH. No one really has all the facts and that has been admitted to me from both sides. What I find additionally funny is the reporter in Las Vegas, after having talked to him, I have to wonder why a Gaming Reporter would want to deal with a group of individuals getting paid to bash the snot out of a company, was moved to the bottom of the " SH*T LIST" when his editor was talked to. You guys beat this guy in email because he didn't write a report like he did with RMIL, or at least I think it was RMIL. Andy Mann, let me ask you all one thing and then go ask Mr. Mann, what are the other two recent companies he recently burnt as well as AZNT. there are two others and they have been in touch with the attorneys of AZNT, and are fully aware of the crap occuring on this thread. As for this thread, it really should be removed from Silicon Investor, and maybe SI should be shut down for allowing and or alligning itself with what seams to be not so scrupulous individuals and allowing one group to remain on SI and booting any one that crosses you. Maybe SI should be involved in the FBI investigation and the S.E.C investigation. They should be looked into for contributing to the fraud and missinformation that is produced here. When 1/2 of the " Documents" are produced here, and all throu Bill Ulrichs company in San Fran., like the website that he generated, and the FBI and the S.E.C now have, maybe then someone will realize that the crap that goes on here is just that. The Support of individuals who have openly admitted shorting a stock, then making calls to potential companies that desire to do business with them, carry's a lot weight if the consequences turn. Which i find humorous when these peopel are " Smart Enough" to leave their names. Especially Monsanto, when calling them and telling them that the T.O.N product makes you sick and then leaving your name, that was real smart,especially when one of these persons told me over the phone they have never tried the product. Tampering is a very serious thing. Taking away a companies oppertunity to do business and or generate revenue out of these types of companies is only going to bring the wrath of the shareholders down on the parties that sabotaged this. This has been discussed by many of the shareholders and as a matter of fact, Here's some news for you, an attorney has been consulted. As a matter of fact several other companies who have has the " Bashers" spreading rumors and making attempts to support those who pay them to bash a stock while they are shorting it, are going to have there shareholders looking into a type of class action that could be interesting. As well as a case against those who are short for creating such loss for any shareholder. As a matter of fact, there have been several companies who the bashers have hammered on are having there shareholders execute the proper investigation and search out attorneys to handle such a case. If anyone would like to seek the information I am talking about contact the company you are a shareholder of and inquire about this. The company can not take part in this action but certain information can be provided to help you and nothing more or just get a bunch of your fellow shareholders to gether and take action. I am sure these bashers willbe spending most of there time and newly found source of income cut off quickily. BACK TO LURKING.
