Lithos au cours du mois de septembre devait entreprendre une série de puits afin d'identifier une possible exploitation aluvionnaire de façon artisanale. De plus, dans le journal les affaires du 18 octobre, M. Dupuis parlait que ce projet en Guinée était une priorité pour Lithos, et qu'il y avait maintenant sur place pour 5 millions d'équipements.
