Hi Dick, thanks for the update. You have to wonder is this another one of those fakes the small caps put on every year for the past several years. Somewhere I read the T.Row Price Horisons fund was at the lowest ratio ever to the S&P. Maybe their time has finally come. For the income side of your portifilo, take a look at High Yield Funds. They are still on Bear Confirmed status but should turn up whenever the risk of recession fades.Best to you.

UOPIX is another OTC index fund. Up 50% since Oct 8. The Aug 31 to September 30 run was about 40%. It goes down as fast.
