Usually I don't get into these, but since you persist in making personal attacks...

Tell me oh great technical wizard, but just how do multiple switches in the network fabric:

o share memory
o share a Bus
o use the same Crossbar
o etc

Or did you forget the original discussion about multihop. Or maybe our whole discussion was twisted because I assumed multihop meant more than one system.

For the record - the (single) switch architecture DOES NOT determine the path through a multiswitch network. Please look at your quoted PNNI spec and yes the UNI specs as well....

You must be a LANE person or work for a company with a proprietary solution, they typically oversimply like this...
