UTIL Bears,
Would any of the PE or PEG shorts here care to comment on PCG? Anal-ysts don't like it very much but the thinly traded near-the-money March 30 puts are a buck and change. Closed Fri @ 31 5/16, +7/8 after bouncing off 30.5 and 33+ earlier in the week. Critical support is a tick or two above 30. Much higher OI on the calls so maybe CBOE traders don't agree with those anal-ysts.
