Well done Tony, Marty and Steven; 90% of the time here one just can't help to be enthused as all this PMA (positive mental attitude) is dished out - I love it; it makes me smile!

Anyway onto more serious matters I have also now just received my proxy statement and accompanying notes. I just wonder if you guys noticed what it said on page 8 in the "NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS" document.

In the last sentence of the paragraph under the heading of "Base Salaries and Bonuses for 1997" it states "in recognition of his closure of OEM Master Purchase Agreements". Is this yesterday's news i.e. it happened last year (1997) or is it in the time frame of year 1997 - 1998?

I used to be involved in selling VPA's (Volume Purchase Agreements) and the terminology seems similar. They were very large, complex and lucrative agreements. Anyone got any ideas?
