Some people believe there is. I personally do not believe it's likely. It seems as if it is up to Mr. Pierce to get this rolling again. I'm not holding my breath.

I have figuratively, but mot literally, written this off, so if it trades again, it will be like finding some of the money that was lost. It will be to my portfolio as the coke bottle in Al Capone's safe was to Geraldo. Not much, but not nothing (depending on how you look at it).

If anyone has hard evidence to indicate otherwise, it appears that several people would welcome it.

It seems to me that the SEC investigation really has no influence directly on whether this stock will trade again. It mentions that there were 235 companies involved between these 44 people, and I don't think there were 235 companies that stopped trading as of that release. Still, by no means do I think it helps matters in any way, but I don't think there is a direct corrolation. Personally, I have no idea if this stock will trade again, but I continue to keep my fingers crossed and if it does, as you said Howard, it will be like money found.
