Re: Credible Postings

“The word is that Gates told them that he would like to see Symbol Technology use the Windows CE technology on their newer units. If Symbol doesnt use WindowsCE then MSFT will have to consider removing their discounted $3/licence of MS-DOS and return them to a $27/licence.
Basic blackmail. And likely the company will have no choice but to comply because that cost increase is not likely acceptable.”

>>Toy, mind adding just a little credibility to this post, from whom the information came, his title and the date of Bills visit.
We will all make sure the DOJ, Microsoft and Symbol Tech is in receipt of your most valuable information source and content. <<

>>Norman,
I posted what I have learned from an source in Symbol. How stupid do you think I am that I would reveal who the source in Symbol is. I don't care if you and other pro-MSFTers on this board dont find the news credible. That was an obvious prediction that I would get responses like yours to my posting.
My posting was to show that Mr. Gates is learning NOTHING from his DOJ case - and the DOJ will have to take drastic actions to teach Mr. Gates how to play fair. Dragging him through the courts does nothing to scare him away from his Anti-Trust violation activities.

Again Toy, Will you assist the government in obtaining evidence regarding your allegations and help all software companies, Yes or No?

Regarding my alliance to/with Microsoft, an investment. I could be accused of also being a "Sunlover" if investing in profitable companies is the sole criteria.

I sense the major distinction between us is motivation and intent.

Good Investing.
Cheers
