Welcome back, Geoff.

There are several positives to help explain Friday's price action. Some are John Glenn's flight, the general upbeat tone of the press release, the delivery of another dispenser, I*'s advertising blitz, good interviews on TV with I* CEO and with B.S., and a good week on the Street in general. The TWT problem with the two GEO's is with the cable connectors. Probably somewhat higher temperatures with the new TWTs cause the spring contacts to fatigue and lose reliable connections. The sats are being returned to Loral for rework. A wise move. This is one less problem to find post flight. It is a good sign of DD with the launch and engineering crews that this problem was found.

I intend to listen to the CC tonight. Hey, my Jan 25s might finish in the money yet.

Will do, and now I have time again to pay more attention to LOR/G*. I was dwelling on MO and ENE lately, as well as work-related stuff. The work related stuff marches on, but I have more time to burn on the web :) I will listen to the call recap. My father said he saw BS on TV and said he was impressed by the old chap. Good to hear, especially since I've been 1,000 miles away from any internet connection for the last week. TV was for nothing too, lucky to get the Shuttle launch on my cruise. Good to hear some positives for a change. Now its time to check the launch schedule, and see what's down the pipe.

later,
