I agree with a previous comment, IPV is more of a system integrator than a producer of high end technologically. They found an interesting problem with quality control on monitor production. What's the total market size anyway? Is that why they bought TISMA? They felt their market potential was limiited and TISMA would bring in additional revenues? Problem is that TISMA does not operate in a growth market and is bringing down the part of the business that is growing. Graham might be a good PR man, nice suits, expensive grooming but very little strategic business sense. Look for another horse you will be better off.
