If a disciple's viewpoints were filtered through the prejudice's of the day, as you have stated, how can anyting they ever wrote or said ever be trusted to not have been tainted by the same unholy filter?

If, what you say is true, then everything they wrote, said, did, or thought, was viewed through a tainted glass. If some are viewed to be less worthy or inferior, thaen a perfect God would be viewed as righteous in treating those people in the same manner. He could be reported as beng the god of all, even though he treated some as lesser, because the disciples saw those people as leesser quality.
