You have a very selective reading of Colburn's testimony, deciding that what backs your point-of-view is the truth and what doesn't is a lie. Moreover, your take on the testimony is not a view supported by any published view of it, except from Microsoft themselves. Go out and read all of the articles covering the testimony. Not a single one agrees with your assessment.

You certainly can and should go work for Microsoft.
Your opinion is decidedly biased in favor of MSFT.
Please see all the evidences and facts ,rather than focusing
on the one you like to see or favor.
IMO,MSFT is guilty as charged and more so.
Bill Gates is a bully,a monopolist and yet very brilliant
marketing mind. However, he and his company broke the law
and he still will never acknowledge that even when judgement
is rendered against his company (my prediction).
One thing I must say though,Bill Gates is a marketing genius but
his software still sucks compared to Unix,Solaris, etc.
