Hi LLLeffy,

I am also trying to understand clal and koor moves (and make money from). Clal indeed said in the past that they want to invest for the long run in communication companies when they bought GILTF for 22$.
Yesterday the long run ( 7 months ) ends with selling part of it for 100% profit. Ecilf wants ORCTF and clal knows it and clal wants to make "long run" 100% on ORCTF. When I wrote "clal wants to buy orctf to merge it with ecilf" I meant that clal wants to make 100% from orctf investment on the assumption that ecilf will buy orctf as part of koor strategic move to make from ecilf a huge international telecommunication concern. (to this basket I think also voclf will fit on top of orctf and ttelf ). Kolber says he is building koor the way Buffett built his holding company. My feeling is that he is building ecilf to be more attractive to his 100% or 300% from selling ecilf to lu or nortel.

Shlomi.
