Yup with regard to the most recent filing but the following questions must be asked............

How has BD been paid? How many options and or shares are issued re BD, NONE at least that have been filed. I bet their are contracts in place that can be filed by the party holding them at the moment he/they decide to.

How has Guido been paid in 1998?

How have the locals been paid to mine and work the property, hey i bet they get to take gold home, any bets on this one? Why else would they show up, they need food etc.

What happens when this rumored takeover goes down, the cartel will need to be removed, yes no???

Guess what when all the smoke clears I bet there will be over 200 million shares outstanding.

Logic to support it NONE gut feeling.
