re: takeover. What do you see besides the action in the stock Friday that looks like a takeover? We've had high volume pops before that have turned out to be red herrings. And remember that Craig Benson in effect holds the golden share and can block anything that is too low, offends his vanity, etc. I can see a takeover in the high 20's, but the consensus on the thread is that would be too high a premium for an acquiror to pay from these levels. It does happen though (Syntex was bought by Roche for 24 when the stock was around 12).

re: explosive move either up or down. Remember Unisys? Went sideways with them for four years before arriving at the promised land. The good news is the bottom is clearly in place and we are trending up. I agree that if the new products are a hit and management doesn't screw up, there is great value here that should be recognized by the market sooner or later. It will be faster than in the case of UIS, since the industry is so fast-paced.

That said, I'm hanging on the newswires this morning. FWIW, I like LU taking CS for the enterprise, ASND for the carrier market, and building a synthetic Cisco-killer.

Good luck, Bruce
