TD, as in every recent election, the vast majority of churches today past out "voter guides" prepared by the Christian Coalition and urged from the pulpit that members vote as instructed. And, as usual, the voter guides support the Republican candidate in every race regardless of the beliefs or merits of the candidate! (I wonder if they still support the Republican state senate candidate in Tennessee who is in jail for murdering his Democratic opponent?)

By the way, I think we could classify y2k on SI as a religion now. And the y2k believers all seem to be Republican too. I wonder if they issue voter guides?
