If this is how this chapter will be closed, it is a good move. No need to have a bunch of make-wrongs and haggling over all that. The Belize government chooses to shut it down and get on with life.

Some things just get too much of a work over.

You might recall that the ad for "real estate" on the left hand side of the BIS page was from the same people who published BIS.
