No kidding. One thing I have not been counting on is another offer, but who knows, especially with decent assays. I really don't think Jeffrey would take $3/share at his current confidence level.

Would I take .375 now? Hell yes. Like I've said before, a "bird in the hand ..." Would I take .375 after good assays?? - probably not.

Advise is like a$$holes, everyone has one. My advice is really simple, not just for IDCN, but other stocks.

First, what would I do different in '98 --? -- I wouldn't put myself in a position to chase a stock .... wait for news .. try to get in when it is flying high, etc. Almost, without exception I've lost $$ this way. By the time I'm in, so is everyone else, profit-taking, then slowly down it goes. My worst '98 mistake >> getting caught up in the internut hype, specifically EGGS in the mid-20s -- OUCH!

I have been very fortunate with many others, getting in low on a stock with a lot of promise and holding. IDCN originally attracted my attention because of the buyout offer and I bought some.

When the buyout didn't happen I was pissed like everyone else. Now I see the bigger picture and see even better things ahead with IDCN. At 1/32, it's well worth the risk, once you can get past being PO'd over the buyout rejection and the loss of what appeared to be a fast and easy profit.

All the people here (in my humble opinion) who own IDCN will make out fine with this stock.

I would be putting A LOT more into IDCN, but I have my own personal rules about how much I'll put into higher-risk stocks or any stocks in general.

IMO - there will be tremendous buying opps in IDCN next week, look for lower dips in price. Bottom line: People are getting tired of words and they want to see some proof that IDCN is worth some $$. Instead of getting upset like everyone else, take advantage of this now.

The time to buy a stock like IDCN isn't when everyone is floating on cloud nine, it's when their patience is being taxed, unnecessary negativity rules, etc.

There will probably be little stock price reaction to the PR for commencement of drilling, etc., and this will scare a lot of people into thinking no one cares about IDCN. People DO care ... and are watching closely.

Have a great week,

vb
