Ancil, I understand what you are saying, I'm just thinking this is down so much as it is and with developments which seem to be on the way any selling would likely be met with buying from others who see a good speculation. Maybe not though, I've certainly been wrong before. Realist

Ancil, Smart traders like MM, Pro-traders are out early in the fall of the year. about Sept, Oct. the children sell into a loss of Nov, and Smart money buys back into these issues in Nov, Dec. So let's take a look at the volume to see what's taken place from June to Oct 31, 98' This should tell us where the stock may be going. Yet it may not. See if you can find a change in this someplace. (The low is broken down into the low price for the month and the highest low price for the month) (This would be the same for the high price each month... Sorry it is looking to me like someone did buy big time in Oct. yet they wish the issue to look very cheep and it was IMO, and on big voulme someone wanted to buy a lot of stock in the past two months as each sell has a buyer!
