Tina, Same lesson learned. It's just not worth it to invest in the pennies. Too many lying and cheating thieves wanting to start a fake non-reporting penny stock business to take advantage of unaware investors. To make it a fair playing field you would need a lie detector for printed material. Oh no, I just gave an idea to a scammer for for a fake company producing and selling printed material lie detectors. Watch out. And George, you are right. I'm even scrutinizing my big board stocks now. The government would have to swoop down on these scammers and put them away quickly for the penny market to have any credibility with me. And it just ain't happening fast enough. These guys should have been disgorged and wearing stripes by now. WesB
