Offering is $30,000,000. Of that amount, $15,000,000 was provided to the
Company on March 12, 1998, in return for which the Company issued a total
of 3,333,333 shares of restricted stock, pro rata to the investors in proportion
to the total amount of the purchase price paid by them. <<<<

wanna guess who these 'funds' were and again who the agent was?

well, I'll give you one hint:

DOMINION CAPITAL FUND, LTD $4,250,000
SOVEREIGN PARTNERS, LP $3,000,000
EXCALIBUR LIMITED PARTNERSHIP $700,000
CANADIAN ADVANTAGE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP $750,000
ENDEAVOUR CAPITAL FUND, S.A. $1,300,000

So what happened to FONX after this great deal ?

well, like you had to ask.

Before this private was done with Thompson and Valentine the stock was
trading at $5.50 ... but soon after the stock starting tanking and is now only
trading at approx. $1.00

Did Thompson and Valentine take illegal shorts positions in FONX stock after
doing a private placement ? Why do these same companies that Valentine uses
keep poping up time after time and companies keep getting killed after deals
with them ?

and the kicker is .... guess which MM is currently on the bid of FONX ?

that's right, our old buddy NITE (Knight Securities)

ah Mr. Valentine how many coincidences is that now...

hint: maybe just about enough to convict your sorry ass for
MANIPULATION, FRAUD, RACKETEERING, and a host of other
charges.....

but I ain't done with you just yet..... more to come

stay tuned.
