Yes Steve, I did take that into account. Maybe that doubles the price. So it should be a $50 stock instead of a $25 stock. Time will tell I suppose, but why would anybody pay over $15,000,000,000 for a company that could be recreated for well under $1,000,000,000? That's what one does every time they buy a share.

As you said, it is just a perception. It has not been proved yet. I would not evaluate the management of a company with just 1-2 years of history. By any standard, YHOO is way overvalued, and will crash very soon.
