Partner. There will be competitive aspects in that both will be positioning themselves as shopping hubs, but I don't yhink that utility will change AOL into an etailer.

I think of AOL and Yahoo as "malls." I that sense they compete with stand-alone retailers, but they also facilitate commerce among their tenants.

I succumbed and bought some eBay at 85.
