Bgtit, this thread should concentrate more on the company and less on the posters, but it won't happen. The financials should be released but have not. Supposedly this hang up on $16,000,000 worth of intellectual properties...

Sales appear to be severly behind projections of $75,000,000 by about
$74,900,000 more or less...

Profits are falling short of the $50,000,000 projection...

Product is not being distributed at all the malls as projected...

Company fails to address business issues and Gary/Spider wants to change the focus to Mann. That focus failed on RMIL and most likely will do the same here. Fundamentals are important and should not be ignored.

The 3 TA's all reportedly resigned during the past year. Gary would like us to believe they were forced to resign. <s> This penny stock is now its own transfer agent.

But eventually it gets down to leadership. Sylver nor any of his buddies have supported the outlandish claim that he founded and ran the largest private company in Nevada. Interesting how this remains ignored. This is a warning signal that requires attention.

Now now Mr Tit: sanctimoniousness really does not become you. And as for disreputable characters, shall we return to John Fasano and Bob Quiel? And so many of Mike Sylver's other business associates? A cliché, but people in glass houses really shouldn't...

They only get HALF the research and who they get it from are people LIKE ANDY MANN and Rick Marcasse and others who are actually or more than likely paying them for their efforts.

You know perfectly well that we're not paid by anyone. Far as I know the only person posting to this thread who's scheduled to receive any remuneration--apart from Icky, of course--is YOU. Your allegations seem to me disingenuous to say the very least.

I have no knowledge of these peoples financial affairs, and really do not care to, but 20 hours a day online researching and providing information from known individuals who would rather see this company and any other one they are shorting hurt by these types of activities,

bgtit,

I just find it amazing how you and your "partners in crime" continue to blame those who are pointing out the inconsistencies regarding AZNT. You should be thanking them since nothing you or the other hypsters have projected for this short squeeze has yet come to pass.

But who you should be truly blaming is management. They are the ones that bear the ultimate responsibility for the current status of this company's declining stock price. They have lied to you. They said the stock was locked up, but clearly 144 sales are going through and the stock is selling off.

There may have indeed been a short position, but it "smells" like the stock was manipulated so that insiders or their cronies could sell off into the squeeze.

What we certainly DO know is that this company has no earnings and over 60 million shares outstanding. It has a Stevita based product they call T.O.N. which has numerous sources of supply from competing sources.

Geez... no need to go on. You were warned.

You'd be better off not accusing others of being paid shills of the shorts, while you were a paid shill of AZNT insiders. Btw, did they ever get around to fully paying you for your services to them??

Regards,

Ron
