Not to validate LT's "prediction"...but what do you suppose would be the result of OPEC's meeting later this month...if they hold tight and do not cut any more production.. The OSX would be in shambles...again..

Remember, OPEC created this mess when they increased production just as Asia began to crumble. Not exactly a rational decision at the time.
History has shown they don't always understand the fundamental process of their actions.Everyone has already priced in further production cuts...just as the overall market has priced in more FED cuts...

What if the market is wrong? It wouldn't be the first time.
