Hi Kool Guy,
I worked it out the same way. Now take 9% of the 166 mil, pretty close to TT's 15 mil. But that's his second option, IMO it shouldn't be considered other than it would increase his position in GE to 13%.

Any ideas what guidelines a company must follow when issuing more shares?

KG, Ron, believe that it was john who first came up with the 166MM figure when he mistakenly used the 15MM and divided by the 9%. While that resulting 166MM is not the correct number, a couple of others seemed to think that it would be closer to the total out anyway. Guess we wait for the financials for more on this, but I tend to believe what this last filing says. You could well be right with the rounding of the .087719
