The Court of the State of Nevada has ruled October 28, 1998 that in the case of Medinah Energy, Inc. v. Dayton Mining Corporation et al that there is no jurisdiction for the case in the State of Nevada. Management is moving the case to an area of jurisdiction

I almost missed this one. Gary, whats it all mean. Where do you think they had to move the case?
