I don't disagree with you. I agree. But I have a possible modification. Tax deferred accounts like IRA, 401k, 403b, etc. perhaps should be considered depending on the interest rate exposure of the individual. The logic seems similar to the mortgage in that there is a tax advantage attached.

If everyone did as you say, I bet SI would be a ghost town <g>.

Mike, if you really like your married women, maybe you should think about using cash? It makes it hard for the motel to comply with a subpoena.
