10:00 ET Dow +49, Nasdaq +15, S&P +6.38: Indices spiked a bit higher, then backed off...no real direction yet though, just a solid up open and holding steady...breadth is good though and small caps are strong as the Russell 2000 is +3.01, so there isn't much in the action to be worried about...except maybe a market trading at nearly 28 times earnings with no earnings growth...
