Wes & Jack, The contract has a lot of problems. However, a Chapter 11 was not the way to get things corrected. That is a cop out, period. We have had shit management since October 1997. You can see it in the lawsuits, you can see it in the controlling cost and the lack of improvement. V. is taking a lazy way. It is now out of his control and he has not figured that out as of yet. We are in deep trouble. L
