Bambaata, company could alleviate concerns by better press relations. Do insiders own so much of both companies they simply forget there are small investors out there in the dark?

As far as calling company, I have called Zulu/ESVS many times and phone will ring 15-20 times or more and no one answers. Then, if I call back right away, someone answers. I then leave message to call for an officer, etc., but I don't get a call back.

What is one to think/assume with this attitude for a company which purportedly is involved in sales and marketing?

Bambaata, you wrote:

>>It is clear that ESVS has acquired the assets of Zulu, and now holds shares of ESVS,....<<

I really don't understand that except you are assuming that something is clear.

What is clear?

Is Zulu no-more? Is it now ESVS?

What is the purpose of the shareholder meeting?

If ESVS has purchased all of the assets of zulu then am I just holding shares in a shell (zulu)? Where are my ESVS shares?

The deal can't be done until payment is received. So far I don't think thats happened.

What happens if the deal collapses? Where do shareholders (zulu) stand? You say ESVS has the assets; isn't that a pretty good reason to worry and question the goings on of late?

Again Bambaata, these are intelligent people you are dealing with on these boards. They have instant access to information. They have the ability to communicate instantly at no cost. We are going to question every move made.

It is not the old days anymore.

PS: You seem to have a very good communication with the company, why don't you take the position of keeping us informed and answering our questions. It would be appreciated.
