Hi Wizzer. To tough to call, the share price will be directly related to BC Gov settlement or expectation of the BC Gov settlement.

Precedent for Compensation

In a July 1997 article the Financial Post reported that the Provincial Government of British Columbia had reached a comprehensive settlement package (totaling 166 million dollars) with Royal Oak Mines for mineral claims that had been expropriated for the creation of a provincial park.

In a September 1997 newspaper article the Vancouver Sun reported that the Province of "B.C. must pay $3.5 million penalty to mining firm" for mining interests expropriated for the creation of a provincial park. This "penalty" which was for "unreasonable delay" was in addition to the 3.9 million dollar compensation award.

So if one assumes penalties of 100% are paid for a 2 year delay in settlement...what kind of payment would be accepted for almost 4 years???

Then "how good is the Chile property"? I think we will see when the IP is completed. If this property is like the rest of the properties in the area, then the size of the breccia cap is a two dimensional indicator of the mineralization below it!! If this were true, and the mineralized anomaly is even just 2/3 the size of the breccia, then this deposit will be an elephant!! The nice thing about this deposit is that indications are that it is a gold/copper porphry! If so, then it could be bigger than Cerra Casale (Bema/PDG) with less overburden and no "winter problems"(Snow)! Couple this with the fact that the property has ground water...and it works for me!!

So if this all came true!!! I'd be driving a "Lambourgini Mura S" as my second car!

Just dreaming in "technocolor"!!!

All is in MOO and may be "right out to lunch"!! Yah place yur bets, ya takes yur chances!!!
