andy mann request to borrow 144 stock for $1 million private placement. Spidey, could you PLEASE try to get this straight? Mann did NOT ask to borrow four million shares of stock. Mike Sylver arranged to sell it to him for a million dollars; .25 a share when the stock was trading at about 1.50. The shares Mann borrowed to short against were the 480,000 owned by Gary Sylver and his firm Titan Investments. Really. Sylver himself made all this perfectly clear in the interview he gave to the reporter from the Sun.

do you say you know of more andy mann crimes he commit before stealing this stock? I don't, actually. Mann doesn't seem ever to have been in trouble with the SEC, at any rate. Unlike Quiel and Fasano, and RETN, the new distributors, and that promotional outfit--what was their name?--that's been "covering" the stock.

You either have a great ability to manipulate the facts or a great inability to understand them. 1) Why did sylver send Mann $8 million worth of stock (market value at the time) without ensuring payment. 2) YOU claim Mann is a criminal, yet you claim that the crimes in question took place AFTER he got the stock. What CRIME was he convicted of? 3) The trial is not over. Why don't you clarify these three points and start building so credibility around here 007?
