You are right, Greg. For the re-priced options to effect the stock
price, they would virtually have to be offered for sale the same day. It has never happened and never will. Most will be sold in blocks of less than 5,000 shares.

The total *potential* dilution at 7/31 was 8.7 million shares, or 2.5% of the shares out.

On the other hand, re-pricing options for executives is a huge no-no! But for everyone below president, it is seen as important to keep the pay packages competitive, especially in the software industry. I think the current stock price is a de-facto ratification by institutional investors that the re-pricing was above board.
