While a news release on the court ruling may cause a pop in share price, I think the real gain to be made is in exposure. BNEZ and PMA could be brought to the attention of not only potential shareholders, but could generate some interest in PMA. Advertising and publicity come very expensive, and this could be some major publicity for free.
