I agree Baetz and Gallant seem to be tangled in this matter. But, let us look at a couple things.

Baetze and Gallant brought CLCK to Best Bank. Now Best Bank is kaput, but the FDIC are still running their accounts with the help of CLCK. CLCK did not lose earnings. CLCK did not set up any promotional wrongdoings. They basically managed the processing of the accounts. They did not lend money they did not collect card payments...they processed the account. The FDIC will eventually sell the account, to some bank that may or may not continue to wish to work with CLCK. One thing to note...CLCK has the following items in the pipeline to help diversify earnings.

1. Millinium Card
2. Platinum Card
3. Check Cashing Card.
4. Berwynn Acquisition.

Among other things. CLCK is not Baetz and Gallant...it is First Independant Computers which is owned by CLCK. ClCK is not being named and will never be named...it will go on making money as usual.

Good Luck
Greg
